Delivery, order-in & pre-orders
Three ways to buy
In stock at Noosa. The record is in the shop upstairs at 7/9 Hastings Street. We ship it promptly, or it's ready for click & collect within two hours during opening hours.
Order-in · save 15%. We order the record in for you from our distributors. It usually arrives with us in about three weeks, then we ship it or hold it for collection. Order-in records are 15% off the listed price.
Pre-order. A new record that hasn't been released yet. It ships from its release date.
Orders with a mix of records
If your order has in-stock records and order-in or pre-order records, we ship everything together by default, once the last record arrives.
Want the in-stock records sooner? Choose to ship them first at checkout or let us know. The early shipment costs a flat $10; the rest ships when it arrives.
Collecting in Noosa? You can pick up in-stock records straight away and collect the rest when they land.
Free shipping
Free shipping applies to orders over $100 shipped together. If you choose to split an order, the extra early shipment is charged.
If a distributor can't supply a record
Occasionally a distributor sells out or a pressing is cancelled. If that happens we'll email you within two business days of finding out and refund that record in full. The rest of your order is unaffected.
Release dates that change
Labels sometimes move release dates. We'll email you the new date, and you can cancel that record for a full refund if you'd rather not wait.
Cancelling an order-in record
You can cancel an order-in record free of charge within 24 hours of ordering, before we place the order with our distributor. After that, cancellations are refunded as Noosa Records store credit.
Damaged or faulty records
If a record arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo and your order number and we'll replace or refund it. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
