Joni Mitchell – Blue (2022 180g Remaster)

Joni Mitchell’s Blue, released in June 1971 on Reprise, is the most exposed and carefully drawn chapter of her early catalogue: songs written after Ladies of the Canyon and before the jazz turns of the mid-seventies. Piano, Appalachian dulcimer and sparse accompaniment leave the writing unguarded.

It sits at number 3 on Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Albums (2020), reached number 15 on the Billboard 200 and is certified Platinum by the RIAA.
